1:00PM OPENING REMARKS
We kick the event off with a warm welcome from our host, Danielle Fontus. We will run through the day’s schedule and introduce our line up of empowerment talks.
1:10PM - 1:25PM EMpowerment talk with Bola Sokunbi on personal finances
Bola is a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), finance expert, speaker, writer, podcaster, social media influencer and founder of Clever Girl Finance, a platform that empowers and educates women to make the best financial decisions for their current and future selves and to pursue their dreams of financial independence in order to live life on their own terms. 2:00PM - 2:15PM: Empowerment talk with lenny williams on entrepreneurship
Lenny Williams holds an MBA degree from New Jersey City University where he serves as a professor of entrepreneurship within the School of Business. As an Educator, Lenny has traveled nationwide and international spreading the message of being an effective leader. He’s continued to strive in achieving his mission of reaching generations and reminding them that greatness can be achieved against all odds.
3:00PM - 3:15PM: empowerment talk WITH KIMBERLY Brown on personal branding
Kimberly A. Brown, founder of The Empowerment Social, is an entrepreneur, speaker, and career + leadership coach. Her personal and professional development company, Manifest Yourself, LLC, provides in-person and virtual workshops, trainings, and coaching to professionals looking to lead a dynamic career and life. Kimberly is a graduate of Long Island University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2008) and Master of Science in Counseling (2013).
4:00PM - 4:20PM: THE EMPOWERMENT PANEL + Q&A WITH ALL SPEAKERS
The Empowerment social will wrap with a Q&A with all 3 speakers. Then you’re able to spend the last 40 minutes connecting with the vendors, interacting with sponsors, and networking with fellow attendees.
